- Responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the catering industry
- Procure new clients and build long-term and strong relationships with existing F&B clients
- Presenting and demonstrating catering services to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Gather feedback and information about customer needs, market and competition.
- Relevant basic knowledge on catering
- Ability to deal with internal and external customers, some of whom require high level of patience, tact and diplomacy identify need and appropriate catering and event accommodations.
- Ad-hoc tasks from superior
Qualifications - Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Knowledge of catering industry and trend
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred
