As a Business Development Consultant, you are to identify & develop new customers’ leads, and to build & manage long-term partnership with clients by ensuring that clients’ recruitment needs are met.

 

PRIMARY JOB TASKS:

  • Participation in Strategic Business Development by identifying new business opportunities and sectors
  • Business Opportunities Development by profile target market segments to support organization business needs and identify potential customers' needs
  • To sources for potential customers and generate leads based on targeted segments
  • Customer Relationship Management in engaging customers to ensure services meet customers' needs
  • To build positive relationships with customers
  • To engage employees and stakeholders professionally
  • Administrative duties

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outgoing, proactive and enjoy working in a team-based environment
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Resourceful and proactive
