As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition, business development, and candidate management:

 Talent Acquisition: Engage in candidate sourcing activities to ensure a steady stream of top-notch talent to meet our client's needs.
 Business Development: Take the lead in building new corporate relationships and expanding your client portfolio through innovative marketing strategies.
 Candidate Management: Guide candidates through their job journey, addressing their needs, managing payroll, and ensuring they receive the best employment benefits.

Requirements:
 • Minimum Degree in ANY Discipline (e.g., communications, marketing, business, sales, psychology, etc.)
 • Strong interest in marketing and/or business development with excellent business acumen.
 • Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
