Working Days: 4-day work week (including 2 weekends)

Working Hours: Shifts between 8am-7pm

Enrichment Centres deployable to: Keppel Bay/ Forum/ Tampines Mall/ Greenwich V/ Woodleigh Mall/ Rochester Mall

Responsibilities:

• Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction
• Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities
• Handle the full suite of enrolment activities, including walk–ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media interactions, and participation in marketing campaigns such as open houses
• Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children
• Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate and meet-up with parents pre/post trials, initial lessons and conduct centre tours as requested
• Maintain positive relationships with parents and their children at our centres

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Able to work on both weekends (off days on 3 weekdays)
• Bilingual proficiency to liaise with Chinese parents
• Passion for sales and eagerness to learn
• Motivated to achieve and surpass enrollment targets
