• Responsible to develop new business in your relevant territory, reach out to prospects and generate leads
• Developing and executing business development plans to meet or exceed the company’s sales objectives
• Provide excellence in customer relationship management 
• Conduct presentations and product / tools demonstrations to hair salons 
• Actively manage interactions with current and prospective customers
• Participating in sales team meetings and suggesting suitable options for achieving targets
• Working closely with the internal team to maximise existing opportunities
• To conduct training for individual salons
• Design and implementation of in-house training and coaching sessions
• Assist in the organisation and launching of new hair tool product

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in haircare industry
• 2 years of training experience in the industry will have added advantage
• Minimum O level / Diploma Holder
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills is a must
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and pleasant personality  
• Results-driven and proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills 

Other Information:

• Basic + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Commission
• 5 days’ work week (9.00am to 6.00pm)
• Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
