We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with strong B2B experience to manage key accounts, conduct job site visits, and oversee project tenders and management. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive successful outcomes for projects.

Job Description:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Job Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to client job sites to assess project progress, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project Tenders: Lead the preparation and submission of project tenders, including gathering necessary information, creating proposals, and presenting them to potential clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of projects, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery according to client specifications.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and potential new clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Client Consultation: Provide clients with expert advice on products and services, offering solutions that best meet their needs and objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interests.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess own vehicle, for convenience in site visits, project tenders, meeting architects/designers, and follow-up meetings
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in a related or similar industry is an added advantage
  • Experience in industry, building materials, or interior product knowledge is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of project tendering and management processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Service oriented, passionate in Sales and the interior design industry
