Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Outreach: Contacting a list of clients or potential clients to inform them about new or existing banking products or services.
 2. Sales Goals: Working towards meeting or exceeding specific sales targets as set by the bank within a given timeframe.
 3. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the bank’s offerings, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment services.
 4. Lead Generation: Identifying and cultivating potential leads for further sales and business opportunities.
 5. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, handling customer queries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
 6. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and legal guidelines that govern banking and telemarketing activities.
 7. Documentation: Recording details of calls and customer interactions in accordance with bank policy.
