Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement and Scientific Promotion of Ethical Products
- Customer Relationship Management
- Analysing sales trends and tracking of accounts
- Product knowledge
- Reporting & Feedback of market insights
Duties and responsibilities:
Call Coverage
- Regular visits to the targeted doctors in assigned territories
- Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure coverage and frequency KPIs are met
- Timely submission of daily call report
- Update Master Customer List on a regular basis to the management
- Sales & Promotion
- Regular review of customer list
- Detailing and Medical Calls
- Negotiate, close, and document the sales.
- Building Partnership
- Market Intelligence
- Complete the Sales Process
- Sales Target Achievement
- Monthly sales forecast after closing on the sales target to be submitted and evaluated with the sales manager on an action plan to achieve the target.
- To track sales performance on a regular basis and be proactive in achieving the target early.
- To achieve sales target on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Sales Analysis and Forecasting
- To analyse sales data to ensure continual improvement in targeting and planning
- To track and update sales data to evaluate achievements
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science / Science or other relevant field studies
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in medical/healthcare industry
- Valid Class 3/3A driving license.
- An accessible vehicle able to be use for work/ on field full time such as a family car, leased vehicle or own vehicle.
