Account Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new accounts through regular follow-ups, in-person meetings with presentations, sales proposals, and quotations.
  • Identify business opportunities by assessing prospects and evaluating customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Strategize, plan and implement marketing activities to accelerate the company’s online presence across all social media platforms.
  • Create effective marketing copy to achieve social media campaign objectives.
  • Ensure effectiveness of campaigns through well thought out campaign strategies and target audience planning.
  • Recognise and troubleshoot issues and problems encountered in digital marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Video, Web, and Digital Marketing teams) to contribute to team performance and effort.
  • Weekly or monthly meeting, analyzing campaign effectiveness and collaborating with clients for optimal results.

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporeans only.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mass Communication or Advertising equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year of experience in managing Social Media and Google marketing campaigns.
  • Good in content idea development, curation, and writing skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of SEM, social media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Xiao Hong Shu) and email marketing best practises.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
