Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle all customers’ technical issues (specifications, quality, delivery).
• Provide prompt feedback to management or suppliers.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product training and presentation to clients.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate with relevant sales experience in water treatment/pump industries is an added advantage.
