Job Responsibilities:

• Handle existing accounts, identify new partners, and work closely with internal teams.
• Handle Infrastructure eg Firewall,webcam, wireless network, security system.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product, competitors, and the market.
• Answer sales and technical inquiries - product range, prices, specifications for engineering products
• Support partners through training, visits, demos, and providing product information.
• Prepare presentations, demonstrations, and sample sharing with clients.
• Provide pre & after sales support in technical solutions for clients and recommend the matching solution packages for clients.
• Formulate sales strategy to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Attend monthly sales meetings and prepare monthly activity report.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with experiences of sales engineering, or support in networking, IT Infrastructure solutions, IoT, or a related field.
