Role & Responsibilities:

  • Refine our ideal partner profiles, and engage in market research to seek additional partner types
  • Conduct market research and develop strategies to find and manage new partnerships
  • Establish and communicate objectives and reporting for each partner relationship, externally and internally
  • Perform monthly partner reviews of goals and refine forecases to continually optimize partnership models
  • Continually identify ways to improve results and partner engagement
  • Drive partner engagement by understanding each partner’s motivation and goals, and finding scalable ways to regularly engage and excite partners
  • Design effective partner co-marketing campaigns and materials with the help of marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution and integration of partnerships
  • Have a deep understanding of our product and services, industry trends, competitive landscape, partners’ needs, and the role of partners in driving success
  • Identify opportunities for value-addes collaboration that benefit both parties
  • Be involved in negotiations with partners on collaboration details and execution of the partnership, including manage the different stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to grow local collaborations into regional or strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business 
  • Strong account management capabilities with proven track record in partnership management, business development, or related roles
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen aptitude for networking
  • Analytical mindset and ability to assess partnership viability
  • Display the capacity for strategic thinking and the ability to discern opportunities with mutual advantages
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
