Assistant Centre Director

The Assistant Centre Director supports the Centre Director, who holds full responsibility for the centre's performance. You're a leader on the rise: you help drive sales and enrolments, keep the trial pipeline full, support the Aureus programme and family experience, and step up to assist the team when needed — all while building toward running a centre of your own. It's a sales-driven role at heart.

— What you'll do

• Drive revenue & sales — convert leads and enquiries into enrolments, plus upgrades, certifications and camps.
• Generate leads & trials — build the pipeline through local marketing, social media, events and roadshows.
• Deliver an outstanding family experience — strong parent communication, reviews, student milestones and retention.
• Run the centre & lead the team — oversee operations, staffing and finances, and build a positive team culture.

• A real flair for sales — you enjoy hitting targets and bringing families on board.
• A strong record of delivering results and supporting growth.
• Some leadership or supervisory experience, with the drive to lead a centre in time.
• Good people, coaching, and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for helping parents and children succeed.
• Minimum a degree holder.
