Responsible for driving the growth of professional channel for Davines and GHD. This role focuses on securing new sales opportunities through consistent prospecting, active client engagement, and on-the-spot demonstrations to drive immediate conversions.

• Identify, seed, close and onboard new salon customers, with sales targets emphasis on professional hair tools, hair colours and Naturaltech series in the dedicated territories mapped out.
• Provide exceptional service and foster long-term partnerships with existing and newly converted doors, through support and education.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize existing opportunities and ensure seamless client support.
• Monitor and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies effectively.
• Support events and activations (online / offline), including evening and weekend engagements, to strengthen Davines and GHD's brand presence in the professional haircare industry.
• Support marketing in content creation.
  
  

Specifications:

• Proven experience in sales, experience within the professional haircare or beauty industry is a plus
• Minimum O level/ Diploma Holder
• Positive mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Effectively bilingual with good interpersonal, communication skills and pleasant personality

• Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance
• 5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
