Job Requirements
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ACMV sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and building owners
- Achieve sales targets and revenue KPIs
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share
2. Tender & Proposal Management
- Source and monitor government and private tenders (e.g., via GeBIZ)
- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for technical submissions
- Lead contract negotiations and closing
3. Market & Client Management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Monitor construction pipeline projects in Singapore
- Manage key accounts and long-term service contracts
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records
4. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with M&E engineers, project managers, and procurement teams
- Provide sales forecasts and monthly performance reports to management
- Represent the company in networking events and industry exhibitions
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales within ACMV / M&E industry
- Proven track record in securing projects in Singapore
- Strong network with consultants, developers, and main contractors
