1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and new business opportunities.
  • Analyse competitor landscape, consumer trends, and location feasibility.
  • Prepare business proposals and financial projections for new initiatives.


2. New Outlet Expansion
  • Source and evaluate potential retail locations.
  • Conduct site assessments and rental comparisons.
  • Assist in lease negotiations and liaise with landlords, agents, and mall management.
  • Coordinate internal teams during pre-opening phase.


3. Revenue & Business Growth
  • Identify new revenue streams such as corporate sales, events, pop-ups, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Develop strategies to improve outlet performance and profitability.
  • Monitor sales data and provide business insights.


4. Strategic Planning
  • Support management in long-term growth planning.
  • Evaluate potential overseas market entry opportunities (where applicable).
  • Prepare feasibility studies and risk assessments.


5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in business meetings and networking events.
