- Lead Collection & Research: Proactively identify and collect high-value leads through targeted market research.
- Remote Outreach: Execute high-volume, AI-driven cold outreach using Apollo.io to secure discovery calls.
- Appointment Booking: Manage the end-to-end scheduling process, ensuring qualified prospects are booked directly into the Director's calendar.
- CRM Management: Take full ownership of HubSpot, ensuring meticulous tracking of all leads, communications, and deal stages.
- Persona Management: Refine and manage digital outreach personas to maintain a consistent and professional market presence.
- Content Strategy: Draft and A/B test high-converting email sequences and LinkedIn outreach tailored to the IT infrastructure industry.
- Qualification: Vet incoming inquiries and manage the transition of qualified opportunities to the Director for closing.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in Business Development or Sales within IT Infrastructure, Data Centers, or Managed Services.
- Lead Generation: Skilled in using modern tools to scrape, verify, and collect targeted B2B contact data.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo.io, and the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Shared Mailboxes).
- Communication: Elite written English with the ability to simplify complex technical service offerings (e.g., "smart hands").
- Discipline: A proven track record of working independently in a 100% WFH environment while hitting KPIs.
