The Head of Business Development owns the firm's commercial growth strategy and execution across Singapore and priority ASEAN/APAC markets, i.e. Indonesia and Malaysia. The role leads consulting pipeline generation, pursuits, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market orchestration to deliver sustainable, profitable revenue growth-while upholding our firm's quality consulting standards, ethics, and client success.

You will have to perform your duties according to the following job description:
  • Drive the firm's overall growth strategy and define target markets and revenue priorities.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across new and existing client.
  • Lead end-to-end pursuit management including qualification, proposal development, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, value propositions, and sector-specific offerings.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to create new revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with Practice Leads to shape solutions, delivery models, and commercial structures.
  • Drive brand presence, thought leadership, and executive-level client engagement activities.
  • Lead and develop the Business Development team, building sales capability and performance culture.
  • Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance with PDPA, anti-bribery, and procurement standards.
