Energetix is Singapore's most experienced solar installer - our team has been building solar projects since before it was cool (1996!). Today, we design and deliver high-performance solar PV systems for buildings, investors, and utilities across the region.

About the role

We're looking for someone curious, driven, and great with people - someone who likes connecting dots, exploring opportunities, and turning early ideas into successful solar projects.

As our Business / Project Development Manager, you'll be the critical enabler between clients, engineers, and partners. You'll spot new opportunities, shape project concepts, build proposals, and guide clients from first conversation to project kick-off.

What you'll be doing

Find new solar & battery (BESS) project opportunities in Singapore

Build relationships and be the go-to person for clients

Shape early project ideas - including design, feasibility, and performance considerations

Prepare proposals, bids, and tender submissions

Work with engineering & project teams to create competitive project plans

Run financial and performance analyses (ROI, IRR, etc.)

Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and new tech

If you're experienced:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Science or Engineering
• Experience with sales, project development, tenders, and costing
• Comfortable with financial metrics (ROI, IRR, project returns)

If you're a fresh grad:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Science or Engineering
• Excited to learn about solar & BESS tech, project development, and client engagement

Bonus points if you:

• Speak multiple languages (Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Indonesia / Thai / Mandarin)
• Have a valid Singapore driver's licence
• Love learning, asking questions, and taking initiative
