The Sales & Marketing Department will support the Go To Markets strategy by increasing revenue and account acquisition at a growth rate above the market and create a balanced customer portfolio and revenue mix (e.g. expanded profitable business and number of customers across the 3 sales channels).

We are seeking for Business Development Manager in the Freight Forwarding Business.
Responsibilities :
Requirement :
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales field with at least 3-year senior sales position;
* In-depth knowledge and experience with Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management;
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
* Good negotiation & presentation techniques;
* Well-versed sales techniques, consultative selling, customer psychology and purchasing patterns.
* Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts
* Basic sales techniques and negotiation skills
* Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting and presenting to groups
* Knowledge of company goals and strategies
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly proficient in computer skills and common applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

We are seeking for Business Development Manager in the Freight Forwarding Business.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver GP Budgets for the Territory;
- Act strategically to achieve personal and overall group success;
- Identify and build relationships with clients within the territory, especially those clients who meet our preferred client criteria;
- commit client base and key stakeholders, both internal and external;
- Meet FaceTime targets as agreed for the Territory by visits, phone calls and direct mail, to both new prospects and existing customers;
- Build & maintain opportunity pipelines in excess of the territory budgets/ hit rates;
- promptly work upon and register opportunities generated in CRM;
- Use Geodis Selling processes to understand customer needs, keep updated with new sailings/routings/solutions in the market to provide client solutions that bring value to their clients supply chains;
- Document and distribute internally relevant customer information;
- Contact customers and handle customer inquiries and customer problems;
- Work according to GSP tools;
- Work closely together with sales colleagues and related functions in order to maximize sales potentials and help meet the total organisation's business goals;
- Handling complaints and trouble shooting;
