Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, drive sales, and expand our market presence. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities in electronics manufacturing and integrating AI-driven solutions into our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Drive sales growth by building strong client relationships and securing new accounts.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate AI projects into product offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with key customers.
• Represent Hybrionic at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
• Work closely with senior management to align business development strategies with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development or sales within electronics manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in manufacturing and product development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
