The organization is a global logistics leader with a full suite of logistics services including freight forwarding, warehousing, removal, and supply chain solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support for CargoWise (CW) sales-related issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes
• Act as the subject matter expert for sales teams on CW sales module queries and correct data setup
• Perform data validation and basic analysis of sales entries to identify discrepancies and prevent billing issues
• Assist operations teams in resolving sell rating errors and related system issues
• Ensure smooth implementation of client rates with customer quotation, and one-off quotes with CS, Ops, and billing teams, enabling successful auto-rating
• Support CW implementation and post-implementation phases, including testing and sales entry workflow alignment
• Prepare sales and shipment reports by extracting, validating, and consolidating data from CW and AS400 systems
• Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Accounts processes across Ocean, Air, and Logistics operations
• Work closely with Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure accurate sales entries for downstream billing and reporting
• Provide user support and basic training on correct CW sales entry practices
• Perform other related tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding experience, preferably within the Air Freight division
• Strong hands-on expertise with the CargoWise system, with experience in system implementation phases preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and explain system requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, CargoWise, Excel, and PowerPoint, combined with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and independent, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• Results-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset and strong critical thinking skills
