Key Responsibilities

Business Development (China and Greater China) Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the BusinessDevelopment (BD) function for China and Greater China markets.
  • Accompany the Chairman, Head of BD, or BD team on working trips to China when required,including preparation of schedules, meeting materials, and coordination withexternal partners.
  • Conduct post-trip follow-ups, including tracking action items, maintaining communication withpartners, and supporting the achievement of agreed outcome targets.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with China-based partners, institutions, andstakeholders.
  • Delegation Hosting and Ambassador Services
  • Support the planning and hosting of China delegations visiting SISH Institute.
  • Act as an Ambassador for SISH and KIG, providing professional hospitality and on-sitesupport to VIPs and senior delegates.
  • Coordinate visit itineraries, meetings, campus tours, and logistics to ensure a positiveand seamless experience for visiting guests.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external delegates to ensure smoothcommunication and execution.

Events, Marketing and Presentation Support
  • Assist in organising and coordinating business development and marketing-related eventsand activities, including forums, roadshows, networking sessions, andinstitutional visits.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials, proposals, and marketing collateralsrelated to KIG and SISH.
  • Deliver presentations on KIG and SISH when required, tailored to different audiencessuch as partners, delegates, and prospective clients.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure branding and messaging areconsistent and aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Finance and China Client Coordination
  • Develop a working understanding of KIG/SISH financial processes, policies, anddocumentation requirements.
  • Support the Finance Department in liaising with China-based clients, includingcoordination on invoices, payment follow-ups, and basic financialdocumentation.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures while facilitatingsmooth transactions with China partners.

Others
  • Ensure courteous, professional communication at all times.
  • Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management fromtime to time.
  • Employee is expected to work above and beyond his / her working hours tomeet the requirements of his / her work responsibilities.
