Proactively identify, source, and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out market (hunter role).
Conduct cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to generate leads and build sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Follow up closely on leads, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
Track sales activities, update CRM / sales reports, and provide regular pipeline updates.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as required.
Support management with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales / business development experience, preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, renovation, or related industries.
Basic understanding of interior fit-out works and project workflows is an advantage.
