- Identify and pursue new corporate clients (SMEs, MNCs, property agencies, insurance firms, developers, etc.).
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, partnerships, events, and referrals.
- Present corporate gifting solutions tailored to clients' branding, campaigns, and budgets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Key Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for enquiries, repeat orders, and after-sales support.
- Proactively suggest new gifting ideas for festive seasons, launches, and campaigns.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
3. Project Coordination & Order Execution
- Work closely with design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure:
- Correct artwork and branding.
- Timely production and delivery.
- Quality control of finished gifts.
- Track project timelines and update clients on progress.
4. Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Develop sales strategies for festive campaigns (CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, corporate events).
- Upsell premium packaging, personalization, and bulk programs.
- Build partnerships with property agencies, insurance teams, HR departments, and marketing teams.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and client database (CRM).
- Provide weekly sales updates and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and order documentation.
