Business Development and Accounts Manager

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new corporate clients (SMEs, MNCs, property agencies, insurance firms, developers, etc.).
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, partnerships, events, and referrals.
  • Present corporate gifting solutions tailored to clients' branding, campaigns, and budgets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for enquiries, repeat orders, and after-sales support.
  • Proactively suggest new gifting ideas for festive seasons, launches, and campaigns.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

3. Project Coordination & Order Execution

  • Work closely with design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure:
    • Correct artwork and branding.
    • Timely production and delivery.
    • Quality control of finished gifts.
  • Track project timelines and update clients on progress.

4. Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Develop sales strategies for festive campaigns (CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, corporate events).
  • Upsell premium packaging, personalization, and bulk programs.
  • Build partnerships with property agencies, insurance teams, HR departments, and marketing teams.

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and client database (CRM).
  • Provide weekly sales updates and monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and order documentation.
