- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new enterprise accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Engage C-level and senior decision makers to position IT solutions that address business challenges and digital transformation goals.
- Develop compelling business-led value propositions and negotiate commercial terms to close profitable, contract-driven deals.
- Coordinate internal pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design winning solutions and accelerate deal success.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's IT services portfolio to drive effective new opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets aligned with growth strategy.
- Act as a point of ownership, delivering a seamless, end-to-end client experience during acquisition and onboarding.
Requirements experience/skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years' experience in enterprise IT sales, technology consulting, or managed services business development.
- Proven hunter mindset with a strong track record of winning new logos and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling business value.
- Solid understanding of IT commercial models, contracts, and negotiations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
