Business Development Executive


ADVERDIZE CLOUD PTE. LTD.
We're a 4-year-old digital marketing agency in Singapore offering SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads (SMA), Social Media Management (SMM), and Web Development for SMEs. We're now looking for a driven and people-oriented Client Growth Specialist to help grow our business and deepen client relationships.

This is a hybrid role that combines business development, client success, and growth strategy. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing key client relationships, and helping the agency identify new growth channels (e.g. partnerships, government programs, strategic networks).

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales

• \tPlan and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads (via paid ads, outreach, networking, etc.).

• \tQualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.

• \tConduct discovery calls, pitch services, and close new business deals.

• \tFollow up and nurture warm leads via CRM or sales pipelines.

• \tHit monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Meetings & Relationship Management

• \tAct as the main point of contact for both new prospects and existing clients.

• \tAttend and lead sales meetings, kickoffs, reviews, and feedback sessions.

• \tUnderstand clients' business needs and propose suitable service packages (SEO, SEM, SMA, SMM, Web Dev).

• \tPrepare proposals and quotations and handle onboarding handovers to project/account managers.

• \tMaintain regular check-ins with clients and respond to questions, feedback, or escalations.

• \tProactively spot upsell or renewal opportunities based on campaign performance or client goals.

• \tRepresent the agency founder in local meetings when needed.

3. Ad & Marketing Campaign Oversight

• \tCoordinate with the internal team to run performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).

• \tBrief creatives and media buyers on campaign needs and audience targeting.

• \tTrack and report on ad performance; suggest improvements.

• \tEnsure that monthly agency lead generation campaigns are running consistently and effectively.

4. Strategic Business Development & Growth Initiatives

• \tResearch and identify new business channels such as:

• \tGovernment grants (e.g. PSG), partnerships, vendor programs

• \tB2B networking events, trade associations, and listings

• \tConduct competitor analysis and build SWOT breakdowns

• \tDevelop and maintain customer personas for target industries

• \tPresent growth insights and opportunities to the founder regularly

5. Internal Collaboration

• \tWork closely with remote account/project managers to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

• \tCommunicate client expectations clearly and relay feedback to the internal team.

• \tHelp develop and refine sales processes, proposal templates, and growth SOPs.

• \tAttend internal planning sessions and contribute to campaign and capacity planning.

Ideal Candidate

• \tFresh graduate or 0-2 years of experience in business development, client-facing roles, or marketing.

• \tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

• \tPassionate about marketing and business growth.

• \tCurious, resourceful, and proactive in solving problems and identifying opportunities.

• \tOrganized and comfortable managing multiple conversations.

• \tWillingness to learn fast, take feedback, and grow within the company.

Bonus (but not required):

• \tFamiliarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, websites).

• \tExperience with Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms.

• \tExposure to CRM tools or proposal software (e.g., Notion, Pipedrive, PandaDoc).
