About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients. You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to upsell and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and coordinate internally to deliver solutions
  • Manage client accounts from onboarding through ongoing support
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and account reports
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
  • Handle client feedback, issues, and escalations professionally
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
