Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives, and coordinate internally to deliver solutions
- Manage client accounts from onboarding through ongoing support
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and account reports
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Handle client feedback, issues, and escalations professionally
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
