Job Summary

Lead business development initiatives to expand S&techs' interior fitting out services for Japanese clients in Singapore, leveraging extensive experience and cultural understanding to drive growth in office, commercial, retail, hospitality, and government sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting Japanese clients in Singapore's interior fitting out market to achieve measurable revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients by applying deep understanding of Japanese business culture and communication practices
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within office, commercial, retail, hospitality, and Japanese government sectors to expand market presence
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with interior fitting out solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
• Utilize English and Mandarin language (preferably Japanese but acceptable if not) skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and support cross-cultural negotiations
• Leverage knowledge of interior fitting out industry fundamentals to assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet project objectives
