- Technical Authority: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert, providing specialized culinary and product support to both the sales team and key customers.
- Supplier Partnership & Quality: Establish and maintain deep, collaborative relationships with international and local meat suppliers to ensure quality standards and supply continuity.
- Joint Sales Execution: Lead product presentations, tastings, and customer visits alongside the sales team to drive conversions through expertise.
- Commercial Management: Build and execute pricing strategies, manage margins, and conduct demand forecasting in collaboration with operations and logistics.
- Education & Marketing: Create and deliver structured training for the sales team and execute marketing initiatives to expand the category's market presence.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food related environment, specifically within the premium food, F&B or meat industry.
- Deep expertise in meat products, cuts, sourcing, and quality standards is essential.
- Proven ability in pricing, margin management, and demand forecasting.
- Presentation skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external clients.
