What You'll Do
- Strategic Growth: Identify and penetrate new market segments across brands, cultural institutions, and government bodies.
- End-to-End Solutions: Lead the pursuit of complex projects that integrate spatial design, fabrication, and bespoke interactive technology.
- Consultative Pitching: Act as a lead storyteller, translating complex tech capabilities into compelling narratives that win six and seven-figure bids.
- Ecosystem Building: Cultivate a robust network of partners, consultants, and decision-makers to ensure Trinax is the first name called for experiential tenders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate collaboration between our in-house creative, tech, and production teams to ensure pitches are both visionary and viable.
- Pipeline Management: Rigorously manage the full business development lifecycle-from strategic prospecting and high-stakes negotiation to seamless project handover.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven success in Business Development or Account Management within the experiential, exhibition, or design-and-build sectors.
- Proven Results: A documented history of securing high-value contracts and navigating complex procurement processes.
- Strategic Network: Existing connections within marketing, heritage, and government agencies (e.g., STB, NHB, or similar) are a significant advantage.
- The "Hybrid" Mindset: A deep appreciation for how UX/UI, AR/VR, and AI can be integrated into physical spaces to create "wow" moments.
- Communication Excellence: You don't just "present"; you command a room and inspire confidence in your vision.
