Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach, particularly in sectors seeking digital transformation or business automation.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions leveraging our professional services and technology offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and client servicing teams, to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
  • Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build market intelligence and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to support strategic business planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a software, SaaS, or digital transformation environment.
  • Proven track record in B2B solution selling with consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience working in or selling to professional services firms (e.g., legal, accounting, consulting) is an advantage.
