Lead and optimize end-to-end import and export operations, driving cost efficiency and compliance while supporting team performance and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end import and export operations to ensure compliance and optimize costs
  • Lead, coach, and support the Import & Export team to enhance process efficiency and operational excellence
  • Monitor daily shipment activities, including verifying documentation, coordinating with carriers, ensuring customs compliance, managing billing, and closing jobs accurately
  • Track team performance by providing constructive feedback and escalating operational issues to management promptly
  • Enforce adherence to established processes and service standards to maintain quality and consistency
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives
  • Respond to import and export customer inquiries and act as the escalation point for resolving service issues effectively
  • Support management by executing ad-hoc projects and tasks that contribute to operational improvements and business growth
