岗位职责 / Responsibilities

• 拓展并管理 Web3 生态合作伙伴,包括公链,钱包,交易所,GameFi / SocialFi / DeFi 项目 Develop and manage partnerships with Web3 ecosystems, including blockchains, wallets, exchanges, GameFi/SocialFi/DeFi projects.
• 负责商务拓展全流程:项目识别,挖掘机会,商务洽谈,推进合作落地 Lead end-to-end BD: opportunity discovery, negotiation, partnership execution.
• 参与设计联合增长方案,活动合作,AMA,公链生态增长计划等 Co-create joint growth campaigns, co-marketing, AMAs, and ecosystem expansion plans.
• 维护行业资源,包括 KOL,社区,VC,媒体等,推动生态增长 Maintain industry resources including KOLs, communities, VCs, media to support growth.
• 进行 Web3 行业趋势研究与竞品分析,支持产品方向与策略制定 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product and strategy.
• 与产品,运营,技术团队协作,推动业务落地与用户增长 Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to drive execution and user growth.

任职要求 / Requirements

• 本科及以上学历,3年以上 Web3 或相关行业 BD 经验 Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years BD experience in Web3 or relevant fields.
• 深刻理解 Web3 行业生态:公链,Layer2,DeFi,SocialFi,GameFi 等任一方向 Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems: blockchains, L2s, DeFi, SocialFi, GameFi, etc.
• 具备优秀的商务沟通能力,能独立完成商务洽谈与项目推进 Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of leading BD independently.
• 具备全球视野,有海外市场(SEA/中国/欧美)经验者优先 Global perspective; experience in SEA/China/US/EU markets preferred.
• 拥有 KOL,社区,公链或项目方资源者优先 Existing industry resources (KOLs, communities, chains, projects) are a strong plus.
• 英语可作为工作语言,会中文更佳 English required; Chinese is a plus.
