We are partnering a well-established fund services platform to appoint a Business Development Lead, responsible for driving growth across institutional and alternative asset managers.

This is a senior, revenue-facing role focused on expanding the firm's footprint across fund administration, corporate services, and related fiduciary solutions, working closely with senior management and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the fund services franchise across asset managers, PE/VC, hedge funds, and family offices
• Originate and manage new client relationships, from initial engagement through mandate conversion
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients, articulating differentiated fund services capabilities and solutions
• Partner internal stakeholders across operations, compliance, and product to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
• Represent the platform at industry events, client meetings, and market forums

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management within fund services, fund administration, or related financial services
• Strong understanding of the alternatives and asset management ecosystem
• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, including founders, CFOs, COOs, and investment professionals
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a lean, growth-oriented environment
