Client Account Executive
Key Responsibilities :
Client Partnership & Account Ownership
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, serving as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional point of contact.
- Deeply understand client business objectives, performance goals, and operational constraints to drive long-term value.
- Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities aligned with client needs.
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end coordination of client projects, from scoping and planning to execution and post-delivery evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, content, product, and technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Manage priorities, timelines, scope changes, and expectations across multiple concurrent accounts.
Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Partner with clients to develop and refine digital strategies across social media, web presence, and integrated campaigns.
- Interpret performance data, dashboards, and reports to provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Translate analytics into practical next steps that improve engagement, efficiency, and ROI.
Stakeholder Communication & Issue Resolution
- Lead structured client communications including reviews, performance check-ins, and strategic discussions.
- Anticipate risks and resolve issues swiftly to minimize impact on delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain calm, solution-oriented communication during high-pressure or fast-changing situations.
