Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic opportunities across integrated service offerings. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing new markets, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within integrated service offerings to expand company market presence
• Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client accounts and penetrate new markets, aligning with company goals
• Prepare, tailor, and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients to secure new business
• Recommend innovative, client-focused solutions that position the company as a trusted advisor and meet client needs effectively
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance client retention and satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring timely and effective solution delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or solution selling within the hospitality or commercial sector.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.
