Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow sales across F&B and Hospitality sector including cafés, restaurants, central kitchens, distributors, and hotels
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets using your industry network
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to deliver consistent performance
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and new business agreements
- Develop effective sales strategies through market and competitor analysis
- Handle customer escalations, feedback, and service recovery professionally
- Provide timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve sales, delivery, and operational matters
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the F&B industry
- Proven track record in new business development and key account management
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle
