Business Development Executive (Entry-Level / Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary: 3600-3900 + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting company growth.
No prior experience is required - training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are keen to start a career in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Prepare basic proposals, quotations, or presentations
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to support business growth targets

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
