1. Experiencedconveyancing secretary to handle conveyancing files from open file tocompletion/close file for Pte and HDB properties; Part-time also welcomed.

2. Ableto work independently as a team, and take instructions fromclients; Meticulous in work, particularly doing supporting documents,(star e-lodgment), and familiar with drawing down loan for all major banksfor Pte/HDB; Able to do Development work or marketing,

3. Ableto speak Mandarin is an advantage.

4. Havegood attitude and good command of written & spoken English. Salary will behigher than your present pay slip presented, and depending on qualification,experience.
