Introduction

Aerospec Supplies Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company providing manpower supply, HR services to the aerospace and aviation industry. We work with airlines, MROs, and aviation service providers to deliver compliant reliable, and tailored workforce solutions that support operational and business needs.

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sustainable business growthby aligning commercial strategies with organizational goals. This role involves close collaboration withHR team, as well as active engagement with external stakeholders within aerospace and aviation industry.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking andcold outreach.
• Work closely with the HR team to create and implement effective business developmentstrategies.
• Prepare and delivery presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Work to improve business revenue with existing clients
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities
• Provide regular reports on business developments activities and results to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences when necessary.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management.
• Ensuring compliance to Singapore Laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in the course of work.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
• Experienced in Business development/Sales in HR services with engineering background will be an advantage
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships at various levels.
• Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with networking, cold outreach, and business prospecting
• Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and regulatory considerations will be an advantage
• Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
