Business Development Manager


MUNCHI CONCEPTS PTE. LTD.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion for the Company. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and supporting the Company's growth objectives in Singapore and the region.

The successful candidate will work closely with Directors and cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR to ensure commercially viable and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the Company's short- and long-term growth plans
  • Identify new revenue streams, partnership opportunities, and market entry strategies
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support expansion decisions

Sales & Partnerships

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, corporate clients, and key accounts
  • Prepare and present business proposals, commercial models, and partnership agreements
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure favourable commercial and legal terms

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, suppliers, and business partners
  • Act as a key point of contact for strategic accounts and high-value partners
  • Represent the Company at business meetings, industry events, and negotiations

Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor revenue performance, sales pipeline, and partnership outcomes
  • Work with Finance to ensure pricing strategies, margins, and cost controls are commercially sound
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for senior management

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure business commitments are operationally feasible
  • Support Marketing initiatives related to brand partnerships, promotions, and campaigns
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of new business initiatives

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all business development activities comply with Company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support due diligence and risk assessment for new partnerships and markets

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and closing commercial deals
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

Preferred

  • Experience in multi-site operations, retail, F&B, or service-based industries
  • Regional exposure or experience supporting market expansion
