The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the barbershop's revenue, customer base, and brand presence. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, marketing initiatives, and expansion strategies while improving customer retention and profitability.We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our barbershop on a long-term basis. The role focuses on growing revenue, expanding the customer base, building partnerships, and strengthening brand presence. Availability on weekends is mandatory, as this is our peak business period.
Business Growth & Revenue
Identify and develop new revenue streams (memberships, grooming packages, retail product sales, events).
Increase walk-in and repeat customer traffic through strategic initiatives.
Analyze sales performance and recommend growth strategies.
Marketing & Brand Development
Work with marketing teams or vendors to improve online and offline visibility.
Develop promotions, loyalty programs, and referral campaigns.
Oversee social media growth strategies and local advertising efforts.
Customer Experience & Retention
Implement customer feedback systems to improve service quality.
Develop membership and loyalty programs.
Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
Expansion & Strategy
Research new locations or franchising opportunities.
Prepare business proposals and growth forecasts.
Support new shop openings and expansion planning.
