We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion for the Company. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and supporting the Company's growth objectives in Singapore and the region.
The successful candidate will work closely with Directors and cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR to ensure commercially viable and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the Company's short- and long-term growth plans
- Identify new revenue streams, partnership opportunities, and market entry strategies
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support expansion decisions
Sales & Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, corporate clients, and key accounts
- Prepare and present business proposals, commercial models, and partnership agreements
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure favourable commercial and legal terms
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, suppliers, and business partners
- Act as a key point of contact for strategic accounts and high-value partners
- Represent the Company at business meetings, industry events, and negotiations
Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor revenue performance, sales pipeline, and partnership outcomes
- Work with Finance to ensure pricing strategies, margins, and cost controls are commercially sound
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for senior management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure business commitments are operationally feasible
- Support Marketing initiatives related to brand partnerships, promotions, and campaigns
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of new business initiatives
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all business development activities comply with Company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support due diligence and risk assessment for new partnerships and markets
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and closing commercial deals
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Preferred
- Experience in multi-site operations, retail, F&B, or service-based industries
- Regional exposure or experience supporting market expansion
