Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in media agency services, digital advertising, and related SaaS solutions. Own personal sales targets and consistently deliver measurable revenue results.
- Client Acquisition & Account Growth
- Build strong relationships with advertisers, brands, and agencies. Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing and performance advertising solutions.
- Partnership Development
- Establish and maintain partnerships with media platforms, publishers, and ecosystem partners to expand market reach and commercial opportunities.
- Market & Industry Engagement
- Monitor market trends in digital advertising, user acquisition, and performance marketing to identify new growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to ensure smooth campaign execution and high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in media agency, digital advertising, SaaS, or performance marketing.
- Proven ability to develop new clients and close deals; successful case studies are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong results orientation, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment.
