We are looking for a high-energy, target-drivenindividual to bring our workforce and talent solutions into Singapore'senterprise market. This is a role for someone who loves the thrill of openingdoors - cold calling, prospecting, networking, and building strongrelationships with HR and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, business events, and industry networking.

• Build a strong pipeline of Singapore enterprise prospects across multiple sectors.

• Research employer needs, HR challenges, and talent gaps to position Polaris effectively.

• Active engagement with HR & Business Leaders

• Conduct meetings with HR Directors, TA Leads, L&D Managers, and senior stakeholders.

• Present Polaris' solutions with clarity, confidence, and strong storytelling.

• Understand workforce challenges and propose customised solutions.

• Manage & Grow Enterprise Accounts

• Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional follow-up.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business from existing enterprise clients.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Polaris programs and services.

• Deliver results by meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

• Keep CRM updated with activities, pipeline progress, and client engagements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, recruitment sales, or HR/training solutions.

• Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with decision-makers.

• Strong communication, pitching, and presentation skills.

• Confident, polished, and able to connect with HR leaders professionally.

• Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient - you enjoy the chase and the win.

• Excellent account management and relationship-building skills.

• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
