Job Description & Requirements

• Issue import and export invoices and email to customers & cargo agents

• Release AWB to Coload/Export on request

• Request of AWB when stocks low

• Monitoring, updating & recording of AWB inventory

• Process daily payment to local agencies and issue payment vouchers

• Process payment to overseas agencies, vendors and issue payment vouchers

• Posting transactions, filing documents (invoices, vouchers, etc) and ensuring data accuracy.

• Cost checking of invoices from Airlines and cargo agents, payment process and issuing payment vouchers

• Cost checking of invoices from local/overseas and cargo agents

• Follow up with vendors for refunds and any disputes

• Tracking and follow up with customers for payment and any disputes

• Bank and Petty Cash reconciliations

• Pass Journal entries

• Ensure monthly closing of AP, AR and generated report on timely basis

• Exchange Rate update fortnightly in systems

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager as and when required

• Great Team Player, initiatives and attention to details

• Relevant experience is preferred, inexperience will be considered.

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Salary: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday , 08:00 to 17:00 Hours
  • Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00 hours

Education:
  • GCE'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
