Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in developing and executing a partnership and channel strategy aligned with the company's objectives as well as Serve as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • In charge of building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, vendors and channels, ensuring successful collaboration.
  • In Charge of providing training, support, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support the company's products.
  • Taking charge of setting and monitoring performance metrics for partnership and channel activities, including revenue targets, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.
  • Developing and managing a channel program to drive sales through partners and resellers, particularly in China, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia and other regions.
  • Generate new business opportunities locally and internationally to fuel sales pipeline for our Company. Frequent long overseas trips will be frequent with short notice.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives as well as collaborate with the product development team to drive consumer's experiences enhancement and improvements.
  • Responsible for setting and monitoring performance metrics for partnership and channel activities, including revenue targets, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.
  • Represent local and overseas industry events, conferences, and meetings with international key partners.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI.


Requirements:
  • Tertiary education relevant disciplines
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experiences in business development, software development/engineer, partnership, and channel in the Technology/software industry
  • Willingness to travel very extensively at short notice, including prolonged periods overseas to support client engagements
  • Exceptional understanding and knowledge of international social norms, cultural nuances and colloquial languages to connect with international clients.
  • Regional experiences is a must
  • High energy, go-getter and positive attitude
