• Industry/ Organization Type: Education Centre
• Position Title: Business Development Executive
• Working Location: Thompson
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Friday: 9am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,800 - $3,500 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Build lead lists and manage a prospecting pipeline (parents, communities, partner networks)
• Conduct outreach (calls/messages/email) and follow-ups to arrange visits, trials, and next steps
• Capture and qualify leads, and hand over suitable leads to the centre team when needed
• Identify and approach potential partners (communities, organisers, companies, schools/vendors where relevant)
• Propose collaboration ideas and turn them into lead-generating channels
• Maintain partner relationships and keep collaborations ongoing
• Plan and run on-site lead generation activities (booths/roadshows, community events, centre visits, open houses)
• Represent the brand on-site by engaging parents, answering questions, and supporting sign-ups
• Support event set-up and logistics to ensure activities run smoothly
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Support launch preparation for new ventures
• Validate demand through small pilots, track results, and recommend next steps
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to execute initiatives
• Work with centre, marketing, operations, and teaching teams to deliver initiatives end-to-end
• Document learnings into simple playbooks/SOPs so successful approaches can be repeated
