Specific Responsibilities:

1. Identify suitable merchandise categories that match customer demand and trends within the store's location

2. Source affordable, good-quality items both new and pre-loved to maintain variety in the store's offerings.

3. Track inventory levels and recommend restocking schedules based on actual movement of goods.

4. Review product quality, especially for ukay-ukay items, before they are placed on display.

5. Suggest improvements in store arrangement or product grouping to help customers browse more easily.

6. Prepare simple marketing posts or announcements to promote new arrivals or special items.

7. Provide practical recommendations that help simplify store operations and support overall business expansion.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Basic retail merchandising
